
Elena Kaltsas is a Disability Systems Navigation Expert, Advocate, and Inclusive Practices consultant. In addition, she is the parent of an adult with vision loss and multiple disabilities. With over 15 years in public health research, a BS in Sociology and an MS in Organizational Psychology, Elena brings deep insight into the systemic and intersectional barriers faced by the disability community.Rooted in both lived experience and professional expertise, her work ensures that people with disabilities receive timely support with navigation of often complex and confusing service systems, supporting them in leading empowered, self-directed lives. Elena champions disability justice through the amplification of disabled voices, informed choice, and self-determination grounded always in the presumption of competence and preservation of dignity.
